Shipping:

Free UK Delivery applies as follows;

Delivery is made by standard First Class Royal Mail
Deliveries will be made only to the Card Holder Address.
Should you require postal insurance, please request this at time of order and we will endeavour to assist

Please note: Free UK Delivery only applies to full price items. Sale items are subject to a nominal P&P charge scale as follows: Purchases up to £9.99 = £1.99 P&P. Purchases up to £19.99 = £2.99 P&P. Purchases over £20.00 = £3.99 P&P

Delivery Schedule:

Delivery of your goods will normally take 2 working days subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock your order will be placed on a back order. We will always contact you by phone or email to inform you of any item out of stock and give you the opportunity to request a refund.

Payment:

Payment online is made with Pay Pal, you do not need an account to pay safely with your credit or debit card on line. Just click on the buttons to add to your basket. Alternatively, please call our 24 hr order line 01732 465568 with your card details handy and we'll dispatch your order thel next working day.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase however if you are not entirely satisfied within the first 7 days of your delivery date, we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable.

Either call us on 01732 465568 or

simply email orders@preciouslittleangel.co.uk with the following information:
1. Receipt number
2. Product name and colour
3. Reason for return
4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

We will send you a return email with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition with all-packing materials. We will issue a full refund for any item that meets these conditions.

For your protection, please use Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as result of our error. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge. (Actual freight bills can be provided when necessary.)

Note: Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

Precious Little Angels will refuse all returns without an RA number.

Cancellation:
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the shipping. including rejected shipments.
